Possibly the most advanced cybernetically engineered weapon on the planet, RobOrca was created by Dr. Ciaran Blanc to be an offensive juggernaut in STarmorfish's war on the human race. This robotically altered orca whale is completely comprised of virtually indestructible materials including a flexible, nearly impenetrable metal alloy skin and possesses enough weaponry and firepower to level small cities in a matter of minutes; an arsenal which includes multiple high-powered military-grade guns, an array of missiles and rockets, grenades, bombs, lasers, and cannons. She is also amphibious with the ability to attack from land, air, and sea making her a triple threat of danger.

Once Dr. Blanc witnessed the destruction and suffering caused by his creation, he fled from STarmorfish and went into hiding. STarmorfish immediately sent RobOrca to seek and capture her creator with intentions of forcing Blanc to develop an army of cybernetic weapons to unleash on the human population. Meanwhile, Dr. Blanc began work on a group of cybernetic heroes developed to protect him from STarmorfish's inevitable attempt to apprehend, or otherwise eliminate, Blanc; but, before he could complete this line of defense, RobOrca located and inadvertently killed Dr. Blanc in the melee between his team of CyBorganisms and the overwhelming force that is RobOrca. Although this displeased STarmorfish, he was satisfied that RobOrca's secrets were at least safe and no one else would ever be able to match the destructive force of his number one weapon.
