The Super Ultimate Battalion of Powerful Advocates for Righteousness (or Subpar for short; and let's be honest, more accurately) are a band of less than adequate "heroes" with an abundance of good intentions to see that justice is maintained in their little corner of the world. They are led by the speck of a hero known as Super G'nat (pronounced "Guh-nat" for some unknown but assuredly ridiculous reason) donning a man-sized cape most likely to compensate for the fact that he needs a ladder to clear someone's big toe.

 

The primary (and really, only) nemeses of the Super Ultimate Ba... oh forget this... the SUBPARs, are a mischievous horde of baddies known as The Evildoers of Evil (yes, that's really what they call themselves). These goofballs, as hard as it may be to believe, are even more inadequate at concocting and completing evil schemes than the SUBPARs are at stopping them. This dastardly bunch is led by none other than wannabe mobster, Mr. Flea (What's the deal with these tiny guys and their need to lead?). He and his Evildoers are always looking to wreak some kind of havoc which the SUBPARs inevitably feel the need to clean up.

 

The resulting confrontations between these two groups of organized incompetence are nothing short of insignificant hilarity; most don't even know they exist. Their rivalry is a non-stop, action-packed, comedic thrill ride the likes of which are rareley seen... and when they actually are seen, who cares???
